With an in house upholsterer here at Deco to Disco we consider recycling a big part of our business. We are able to rescue unique 20th century furniture and give it a new life in the 21st century.
We try to use vintage upholstery fabric, referred to as “deadstock” (old, but unused), whenever possible. When vintage fabric is unavailable, we strive to select fabric that best represents the age & style of the piece of furniture. We also offer vinyl/naugahyde in colors to match any decor including the “cracked ice” pattern to match 50s chrome dinette sets.
As well as upholstery for the store, we provide custom upholstery for clients wishing to recycle a family heirloom or favorite piece of furniture.
